one day, as an actress

I had never imagined I would see myself on the news. It was fantastic! The newsreader was talking about the taekwondo-do world championship and there, on the screen, was a picture of mine.

-mum! I’m on television! –I shouted happily.

She didn’t believe me for the first moment, but then turn on TV and saw me in the screen.

Yes, it’s really you! Now you can be an actress! Would you like to live in Hollywood?-she laugh

I didn’t know before that this championship would be shown on TV, so it was a great surprise for me.  Suddenly my telephone rang. My friend congratulates me! During the news a got many phone calls.  

But, unfortunately on the next day everybody forgot about it. Me fairytale was over.

It is very arguable question. But I think, I will agree with first opinion. There are too many weapons in our planet, but we create more and more. For what? To control aggressive countries? But more powerful country may control others and force them to do something. It may cause the third world war.  We know that contemporary weapons could destroy all life on the Earth ten times over. So the third world war could be a cause of the end the world.

By the way, all people a sisters and brothers! Yes, we have different skin color, languages and traditions, but on the whole we are the same! More than that we have not got a right to kill our neighbour. The biblia said: love thy neighbour as thyself. If all people would follow such easy rule, there won’t be necessary in guns.

I believe that sometimes people will live in peace.
